Affiliate Program Policy

Program Overview

The Anumix Affiliate Program enables individuals and companies to promote our services and earn commissions for successful paid referrals

Get a unique referral link
Share it with potential customers
Earn a commission when someone subscribes through your link
Eligibility
Any individual or business entity may apply to become an affiliate
Minimum age: 18 years
Valid identification and payment details may be required for payouts
Anumix reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion
Commission Structure
Commission Basis
Commission is earned only on active, paid subscriptions
No commission is paid for free signups or unpaid accounts
A 10% service fee will be charged on each commission withdrawal
Referral Levels
This is a three-level affiliate program
Commission is paid only to the affiliate whose referral link was used
Commission Rates
Commission rates are defined in the affiliate dashboard or official communications
Rates may be revised with prior notice

If you share your referral link with 10 people and all of them purchase a paid subscription, you will earn commission from all 10 referrals

Commission Payment Rules
Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis
Total earnings are based on all paid referrals within that month
Withdrawals can be requested between the 5th and 10th of each month
The minimum payout threshold is PKR 1,000
Only active and paid users are eligible to earn commissions
If a subscription is cancelled, paused, or payment fails, the commission will automatically stop
Payments will be processed through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
Program Duration & Company Exit (Very Important)
Program validity
The Anumix Affiliate Program is a time-bound program and does not guarantee lifetime participation or income
Anumix may operate the program for a specific business period, after which it may be reviewed, modified, or discontinued
Company Right to Exit / Sunset the Program
Anumix reserves the full right to: - Discontinue the Affiliate Program - Pause onboarding of new affiliates - Stop new referral tracking - Introduce a sunset period for existing affiliates
This decision may be taken due to: - Business restructuring - Regulatory requirements - Strategic changes - Company acquisition, merger, or closure
Notice Period
In case of program termination or sunset: - Anumix will provide a prior notice of 30 to 60 days
During this notice period: - No new referrals may be accepted - Existing eligible commissions may continue as per policy
Commission During Exit Period
Upon program exit or sunset: - Commission will be paid only for active subscriptions up to the announced end date - No commission will be payable after the program termination date - No claims for future, expected, or lifetime earnings shall be entertained
No Lifetime or Vested Rights
Affiliates acknowledge and agree that: - Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any vested, permanent, or lifetime rights The program does not constitute employment, partnership, or ownership
Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in

Income guarantees or fixed earning claims
“Lifetime income” promises
Misleading or deceptive marketing
Self-referrals or fake accounts
Spam or unethical promotion
Representing Anumix as an MLM or investment scheme

Violations may result in: Immediate commission cancellation – Account suspension or termination – Legal action if required

Tax & Legal Compliance
Affiliate earnings are treated as service income not bonuses or gifts
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations
Anumix may request CNIC, bank details, or invoices for compliance
Limitation of Liability
Earnings depend entirely on affiliate performance
Anumix does not guarantee income
Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing representations
Any false or misleading claims made by an affiliate are their sole responsibility
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts
Important Declaration

The Anumix Affiliate Program is a referral-based marketing program. It is not an MLM, Ponzi, pyramid, or investment scheme
